The Fort Wayne Firefighters Museums mission is to celebrate and present the history of the Fort Wayne area Firefighting and deliver a fire safety education experience. We rely on museum members and donors to support our lifesaving mission. By becoming a member of the Fort Wayne Firefighters Museum, you help to ensure we can continue to spread the word and protect our community. Proceeds from your membership go toward maintaining our building and sustaining our ongoing operations.

Membership Benefits

By becoming an official member of the Fort Wayne Firefighters Museum today you join us in preserving the history of firefighting and bring fire safety awareness to the public!

The Fort Wayne Firefighters Museum is incorporated and registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dependent upon voluntary charitable gifts and grants, which means any financial support or donated property is tax-deductible.

                                                        Free admission to the museum for all members.

                                                       Members get a 10% discount on all counter sales

Become a museum member.

If you are not a member of the museum and want to be one, there are three simple ways to become one.

Active Fort Wayne Firefighters.

!. Go to the FWFD intranet, forms, Union Forms, UN-04 

  Museum Deduction form. Fill out and return to payroll.

  (check your pay stub to see if you are a member)

For Retirees and Civilians.

2. Stop by the main branch of the Fire Police City County

   FCU and get our membership form, fill it out and give

   to the Credit Union. (It has banking info on it. Do Not bring to us. Leave at

   Credit Union)

Or

3. Pick up a membership envelope at the museum, fill out

   the info, add your money, send back to the museum.
